Pressure Tanks

C.R.I. pressure tank is one another reliable product from the house of CRI having 5 decades of expertise in pump industry. These pressure tanks are ingeniously designed with perfection to deliver optimal performance. The butyl/natural rubber membrane provided in all the models ensures finer and trouble free performance. These tanks are used for pressure boosting applications to fetch self-sustained supply of pressurized water in the pipeline evermore especially in houses, apartments & hotels. Pressure tank eliminates the need of overhead tanks & float switch. The electromechanical switch, switches ON & OFF the pump automatically whenever pressure reaches the minimum & maximum level of preset pressure. The smaller capacity tanks are vertical in shape, which can be fixed directly to the outlet of the pump, whereas bigger capacity tanks are horizontal/vertical in shape with legs and the pumps can be fitted over the platform provided on the top. A 5 way connector, electromechanical switch, hose connector & pressure gauge are the common accessories used along with the pressure tanks. The pressure can be preset. The pressure will be developed in the membrane based on the maximum operating head (in bars) of the pump.

Electronic Pressure Control

C.R.I. Electronic Pressure Controller is yet another quality & reliable product from the house of CRI which is carefully designed to regulate the water pressure in the domestic water supply system. It switches ON the pump automatically whenever there is a pressure drop in the pipeline and maintains preset level of pressure in the pipe line. The preset pressure level drops as and when the water is drawn. It also switches OFF the pump automatically once the pipeline is closed completely and there by makes the entire pumping system effective and efficient. The inbuilt check valve & logic circuit system protect the pump from back flow of water & dry running which enhance the life span of the pump. Certain models of vertical type pressure controls are inbuilt with adjustable pressure gauge wherein the pressure can be set manually based on the requirement

C.R.I. Submersible cables are produced in well equipped manufacturing plants using superior grade rubber & PVC components, bright electrolyic copper. Outer sheath is made up of special grade of abrasion resistant water proof PVC/Rubber compound.C.R.I produces different types of submersible cables in a wide range to meet the different needs of customers across the world.C.R.I. supplies cables both in SWG [Standard wire guage,Sq.mm] and AWG [American Wire Guage ] dimensions.These cales are produced keeping vagaries of field conditions and voltage fluctuations in mind to ensure logevity & Reliability.

Flexible Hose

C.R.I. Vast experience & successful track record in pump industry spanning over 5 decades facilitate not only to enhance the range of pumps & motors, but also to produce and supply quality pumping accessories. C.R.I.’s flexible rising hose is one among such accessories produced with specially designed formulation under integrated quality control system, right from sourcing raw materials to end process. Also adequate safety factors have been considered in designing this hose to have maximum weight carrying capacity, and to ensure longevity. Flexideep is a flexible rising main system used for ground water pumping and it has been designed to reduce the time of installing borehole pumps. It has superior flow characteristics and longer life. Flexideep is technologically superior and right alternate to the conventional type rigid steel or PVC pipes. Installation or removal of Steel / PVC pipes is comparatively time consuming and laborious. It is also cost effective solution to water well applications. This hose is specially designed for submersible pumps, capable of handling internal hydrostatic pressure and withstand the weight of the column water, pump with motor and cable. It doesn’t require any safety rope due to its high tensile strength.

UPVC COLUMN PIPES

CRI pipes are specially designed for submersinle pumps, capable of handling both internal hydrostatic pressure as well as high tensile load caused by the pump weight & column water pressure and weight. In general the first pipe fitted with the pump will be subjected to high hydrostatic pressure and the top most one has to withstand the entire weight of the column water & pump. The unique formulation used to in the manufacture of these pipes ensures that threads do not turn brittle , break or chip during the entire life cycle. the threading & dimension standards maintained make these pipes ideally suoitable for using as column pipes for submersible pumps worldwide.These pipes are produced in different types, which can be selected according to the installation requirements.

Variable Frequency Drives

C.R.I. Ultima Pump controller is yet another product from the house of C.R.I. having more than 5 decades of immense experience in pumping solutions.ntelligent pump controllers are basically variable frequency drives that gives complete protection to the pump against overloading, under loading, unbalanced voltages, dry run, phase reversal, phase failures etc. It monitors the pressure & flow rate within the system and regulates the pump speed to maintain the pressure level as per preset values. Hence both protection & desired performance can be obtained using this device. It is designed to connect to the discharge pipe using a 5-Way connector & accessories like pressure transmitter, pressure gauge are required for installation. Few models are designed to mount directly on the motor.

Control Cox

C.R.I. Control boxes are made of Hi-tech components and designed to perfection with various features to give ultimate protection to the prime movers such as Submersible motors, Centrifugal pumps etc. (All the C.R.I. single-phase submersible motors are supplied with suitable control boxes, which is mandatory). Different types of single-phase and three-phase control boxes are available which can be selected according to the control measures and features required.
